DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

We deliver goods throughout Ukraine and worldwide with a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and the terms and conditions of the Agreement between us. 
All orders are processed within 3 working days after placing the order. You will receive an email confirming your order and another notification when your order has been shipped. 


1. DELIVERY TERMS


1.1. Delivery within Ukraine.
All goods are manufactured in Ukraine and delivered throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta delivery service, except for temporarily occupied territories, settlements where Ukrainian authorities are temporarily unable to exercise their powers, and combat zones.
The cost of delivery within Ukraine shall be paid by the seller.

Delivery terms:
-    Shipments shall be made on weekdays from Monday to Friday;
-    Delivery of the order takes place within 1-3 working days from the moment of order confirmation.

1.2. Self-delivery
You can pick up your order at our showroom in Kyiv, located at 21 Liuteranska Street.
After placing your order and selecting the self-delivery option during placing an order, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2-3 working days, and we will send you an email with instructions. Our store's pickup hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. Please provide your order confirmation to receive your goods.

2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


If necessary, you can take advantage of the option to exchange or return goods under the 14-day return policy and in accordance with the conditions described below.

Along with the goods, we enclose a return form, which the purchaser must complete and enclose with the goods in case of a return.
2.1. Returns and exchanges of goods of acceptable quality are possible under the following conditions: 
-    The order was placed via the Website; 
-    no more than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchaser received the goods,
-    the goods are in saleable condition, including all tags, labels, original packaging, and no signs of use; 
-    the goods have not been used, washed, dry cleaned and show no signs of damage, stains, odours or other traces of use; 
-    the purchaser has provided confirmation of payment for the goods.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to return or exchange goods of satisfactory quality if: 
-    the requirements set out above have not been met;
-    the goods belong to the category that is not subject to return in accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, which includes, in particular: corsetry, gloves, socks, underwear and bed linen, jewellery.
To return or exchange goods of satisfactory quality, please contact us at customer@litkovska.com within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
2.2. Returns and exchanges of goods of inadequate quality:
Goods are considered to be of inadequate quality if significant defects have arisen as a result of their manufacture and through the fault of the manufacturer, and also prevent their normal use in accordance with their intended purpose. The goods are not considered to be of inadequate quality if the defects arose as a result of a violation of the conditions of operation, storage or use of the goods, as well as other actions of the purchaser that do not comply with the rules for the intended use and care of the goods. 
If a significant defect in the goods is discovered, the purchaser is obliged to notify the seller by email at customer@litkovska.com with a description of the significant defect in the goods immediately after discovering the significant defect, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2.3. Refusal to return or exchange goods
We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they were sent to us after the 14-day period or if the goods do not meet the requirements specified above.
We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return for compliance with the above requirements and the terms of the agreement between us. If the Goods are confirmed to be compliant, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may also take some time to process and send the refund.
Please note that when paying by bank card, the refund period depends on the policy of the bank that issued the card.
2.4. Costs of returning or exchanging goods. Delivery of goods of acceptable quality for return shall be at the expense of the purchaser. All costs of returning goods of unacceptable quality shall be borne by the seller.
