- submit a reasoned request to the personal data controller objecting to the processing of their personal data;
- make a reasoned request for the alteration or destruction of their personal data by any owner or controller of personal data if such data is being processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;

How to change or delete your data
Personal data may be changed or deleted (destroyed) at your request by submitting a written reasoned request to change or delete (destroy) personal data to customer@litkovska.com with the subject line “Personal data”.
How to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a request to the email address: customer@litkovska.com with the subject line “Personal data”. In this case, such a request for the deletion of personal data will be considered and the Purchaser's personal data will be deleted from our information systems. The withdrawal of the Purchaser’s consent to the processing of their personal data will not affect the processing of personal data that was carried out prior to such withdrawal and will not prevent the processing of personal data on other legal grounds.
Amendments to this Privacy Policy
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy, in particular to reflect changes or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will publish the revised Privacy Policy on the Website and update the date of the last version.
